The project involves the renovation and completion of an existing unfinished five-story residential building, featuring ground-floor pilotis, a basement, and a roof terrace. The structural framework and the walls had already been completed, significantly limiting the scope for interventions. The primary challenge was the reconfiguration of the interior spaces and façades with minimal interventions, while keeping costs low. Particular emphasis was given on redesigning the apartments to meet contemporary functional requirements, extending the balconies, and updating the façades with a more modern aesthetic. The colour palette includes shades of white, grey, and anthracite.
