The proposal concerns the renovation of an unfinished residence in Glyfada. The design approach emphasized the enhancement of the existing architectural composition through precise and restrained interventions. The ground floor and basement were reconfigured to provide the spatial qualities required of a contemporary dwelling, ensuring that each ground-floor area maintains a direct relationship with an exterior space. The landscape design was equally reconsidered, with the aim of integrating all terrace sections, reinforcing the continuity between interior and exterior spaces, and incorporating a swimming pool. A pergola was introduced along the lateral setback, serving both functional and spatial purposes: it provides effective shading in the most favorable outdoor zone in terms of view and microclimate, while simultaneously reinforcing the perception of an extension of the ground-floor volume.
